We spend two full days working directly with your team. We talk through the business honestly, make decisions that have probably been sitting unresolved, and answer three questions that most teams never slow down enough to answer well:

What has to happen to get there
We’re not brainstorming. We’re deciding.
After the workshop, I take everything we covered, the decisions, the goals, the tradeoffs, and turn it into a clear plan. We then meet again so I can walk your team through it, answer questions, and make sure it’s something they can actually run with.
You leave with clarity, a plan, and the thinking behind it. Your team owns it from there.

Three Month Partnership
For teams who want help getting it right, not just getting it written down.
This starts the same way, with the two-day workshop.

Instead of handing you the plan and stepping away, I stay involved for three months while your team puts it into motion. We work through real execution, not hypotheticals.
